F.V.H.S Theater Kids take a Bite of the Apple
The Director of the Performing Arts Center at Fountain Valley High School found a unique learning opportunity for her students. The students in the Theater Department at FVHS are being offered an opportunity of a lifetime. An educational trip to New York's Theater District is being offered in December of 2004. This trip is open to all students and will expose them to real theater experiences. Not only will they attend several Broadway Productions, Off Broadway Show, they will tour back stage and have workshops with actors and directors. In order for every student to be able to participate from now until November 2004 we will be regularly fund raising for this trip. We are reaching out to the community for their support and involvement in any number of ways. Of course we would appreciate financial donations of any amount from everyone; individuals, businesses, clubs and organizations.
Your support will help enrich the lives of our students and allow them to further their knowledge in the area of Performing Arts. We would also love to have donations for our garage sales. Not only does it help you with your spring cleaning but it helps us too and we would be happy to pick it up from you, see below for contact information.
